• You must be a natural person acting solely on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party or legal entity.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or any other exclusion imposed by 777ya.
• You must not have had a previous 777ya account closed due to a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 777ya services you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date at all times. 777ya reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal request.

Account Rules

• Each player may hold only one account. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawals cancelled pending investigation.
• You must register using your own Bangladesh mobile number. Registering with a number belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.

Password Security

• Choose a strong, unique password of at least 8 characters mixing letters and numbers that is not used for any other online service.

• 777ya will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any such request is fraudulent and must be reported immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within 5 to 10 minutes of the request being approved.
• Before processing a first withdrawal, 777ya may require KYC identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and may be required to verify your registered mobile number.
• Withdrawal requests may only be directed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party wallets are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 777ya reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request and to delay payment pending the outcome of such checks. Players will be notified of any such delay via their registered contact details.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

777ya offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, including wagering requirements and expiry dates. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless individual promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per promotion unless the promotion explicitly states that repeat claims are permitted.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• 777ya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify any player from bonus participation where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including use of multiple accounts.

• Free spins are valid for a specified period only. Unused free spins expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

In cases of dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, the records maintained by 777ya will be treated as the definitive source of truth. Players who believe a calculation error has occurred may submit a written dispute to 777ya support within 14 days of the relevant event.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ya platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, potential permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage, including any form of match-fixing on sports betting markets.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

777ya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to where any of the following circumstances apply.

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other rules or policies published on the platform.
• 777ya has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering or other criminal purposes.
• A player requests voluntary self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in account settings or by contacting 777ya support directly.

9. Responsible Gaming

777ya is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to personal difficulties. 777ya provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that any player may activate at any time from their account settings to help maintain control over their play.
